An extremely effective way to develop team cohesion is to work together within the confines of a live, facilitated project. While simulated exercises like golf and outbound challenges are effective, it is difficult to bring that gained spirit of camaraderie into the real world of business. Working on a "real world" project or a planning process outside the normal work environment has shown to be fertile soil for team development.
