Ross Results uses Emotional Intelligence Ability Assessment Tools along with a leadership intake to provide a baseline with which to coach-mentor-advise on emotional intelligence.

360º Profile
Often the use of a developed 360º integrated profile will be part of the team-building process. This is a proven approach to understanding the perception of individuals in a group setting.

Communications & Personality Profiling
Extended DISK Communications Profiling is a very effective tool in establishing an understanding of communication styles and the interactions between pairs and teams. Coaching-mentoring-advising work is done with individuals or groups to identify and manage communication skills and to establish strong workplace and client interactions.

Conflict Management
Our coach-mentor-advisors have the business, clinical and experiential tools to intervene in a conflict and find common ground for conflict reduction. Ross Results has had numerous successes in the area of conflict management, prevention and intervention.

Off-Site Retreat
An extremely effective way to develop team cohesion is to work together within the confines of a live, facilitated project. While simulated exercises like golf and outbound challenges are effective, it is difficult to bring that gained spirit of camaraderie into the real world of business. Working on a "real world" project or a planning process outside the normal work environment has shown to be fertile soil for team development.
