Rick is a coach, executive mentor, clinical therapist and executive leader. He has held chief C-Level leadership positions with private, public and not-for-profit technology and service organizations. His career spans thirty years in corporations, including Exxon Corp, Philips NV, and DRS Technologies, in positions ranging from sales and business development to president and CEO. Domestically and internationally, Rick has stewarded organizations through joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, integrations and ultimately, cultural transformations. This global exposure has guided his professional skills and enhanced his insight on diversity in the workplace. In addition to providing performance coaching and mentoring, Rick is a keynote motivational speaker, who can facilitate senior-level workshops and leadership retreats. He also serves on committees and corporate advisory boards in support of the Defense Department and the Department of Homeland Security.
